    • Click the SHOP link in the navigation bar at the top of the page to access the drop down menu. Use the links and product categories beneath to click through to the category of clothing that you are looking for. You can also shop by searching what you are looking for in the SEARCH BAR at the top of the HOMEPAGE. Click the SEARCH button to the right of the top navigation bar to access the SEARCH BOX.
    • Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the product thumbnail image in the search results to move through to the PRODUCT PAGE. Here you can select your size and colour and click on the ADD TO CART button located at the right of the product image to add this product to your SHOPPPING CART.
    • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the BAG link at the top of the page at any time you are on the website. You can use the grey REMOVE FROM BASKET cross next to the product listed in your SHOPPING BAG to delete items from your cart.
    • Click on CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT to complete your order by making your payment.

     

  • You can shop at Stevie May without creating an account. Simply follow the How To Shop steps above. However, if you do choose to register an account with us you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

    • Track your orders and review past purchases
    • Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List
    • Preview our new collections first
    • Save your address and card details so you can shop even more quickly next time

     

  • The Stevie May eBoutique ships to all areas within Australia and worldwide. We ship to a selection of countries in the following regions; North America, UK & Europe, Asia Pacific. When you arrive at the checkout if your country is not listed, please email us at onlineboutique@steviemay.com.au and we will consider adding your country to the list.

  • Stevie May offers FREE Standard Delivery for all domestic orders over $100; if your order value is less than $100 a flat $10 shipping fee is applied. We also have the option for customers to purchase Express Shipping at the cost of $15 pending the delivery location and time of purchase. International shipping is offered at a flat fee of $30.

  • All purchases with Stevie May are not insured. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, your order does require a signature upon delivery.

  • We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

  • We understand you want your order as soon as possible, so our Stevie May warehouse team aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible once your order has been placed. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it hasn’t left the Stevie May warehouse. To change your shipping address, please call our Stevie May Customer Care Team on 02 6685 7060 between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm AEST.

  • From time to time Stevie May will run offers for our products online using promotional codes. When placing your order, simply follow these three steps to redeem your discount.

    • Type the code into the discount code box on the shopping cart page and click 'Apply Coupon'.
    • Check that your discount has been applied and then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. For further assistance please email us at onlineboutique@steviemay.com.au

     

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification confirming the estimated date of delivery.

    For all Australian orders you will then receive a series of notifications from our partner Shippit  confirming the journey of your order with the chosen carrier, including a notification on how to reschedule delivery should it for some reason fail.

  • Payment can be made by all major credit cards through Secure Pay; Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, or through PayPal. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. To find out more information on our third party payment gateways please click here to our Privacy Policy

  • Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

  • AfterPay is a buy now, pay later option, enabling you to purchase up to $1,000 worth of goods, and spread the payments over 4 equal instalments, across a 60 day period. Please note that you can not use AfterPay to purchase SALE items. To qualify for AfterPay you must be over 18 years old, an Australian resident, with a valid Visa or Mastercard, debit or credit card. The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your card at the time of purchase. AfterPay is an interest free payment plan, however late payment fees apply. In the event of a failed payment you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by AfterPay, with a further $7 late payment fee added 7 days later if the payment has still not be made. Returns are dealt with as per our returns policy, and you will be refunded through AfterPay.   • We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stevie May purchase so we offer refunds or exchange for any full priced unworn, unwashed and unaltered items within 14 days of receipt for all domestic customers, and 21 days for all international customers. Stevie May does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

  • We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible however please allow 2-3 weeks from returning your item to us to your funds being received. We will refund the total amount minus any shipping costs via your original method of payment with confirmation email. We suggest to send your return with tracking so you can see when it has been delivered as we cannot confirm this for you until we process the refund.

  • Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as Stevie May store credit. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You can contact our Customer Care Team on 02 6685 7060 to find out more information, or receive an update on your refund process. We will notify you on the progress of your refund once we receive your return by email and/or by telephone.

  • We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please download and complete our Stevie May Returns Form HERE, and send the garment back to our Customer Care Team at:

    Our Customer Care team will assess the garment and contact you by email or phone to apply the refund, or exchange.

  • box or plastic shipping satchel to send the garment back to us with the Returns Form. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition.

  • Click HERE to download the Stevie May Returns form in Adobe pdf. Please print and complete the form and send back with your garment and packaging to be returned.

  • No items can be placed on hold on the Stevie May eBoutique. Items must be ordered and paid for immediately and all garments are available only while stocks last.

  • Open any newsletter that you have received from Stevie May. Scroll down to the bottom of the newsletter and click Unsubscribe to no longer receive these emails.

  • If you are having trouble logging into your account, please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 6685 7060 or onlineboutique@talulah.com.au Please note our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm AEST. While our team resolve the issue, you can still make a purchase as a guest shopper.

  •  

    • Log in to your account.
    • Click on ‘Edit Info’ button or ‘Manage Addresses’ button
    • Review and edit your account details.
    • Click ‘Save’ to save any changes you have made

     

  • When making your payment please check that;

    • There are no spaces in your credit card number;
    • Your billing address is the same as the address on your credit card; and
    • Your name appears exactly the same as on the card.
